One of America's latest reality shows on NBC, "THE BIGGEST LOSER", had a whole lot of winners when it came to salad dressing. As reported by TV Guide's Rachel D Thomas in the January 9-15, 2005 TV Guide Insider, when asked if she was following the same diet at home, one of the "Biggest Loser" contenders said...YES and I bought a lot of the foods that I liked at the Ranch, like the GALEOS gourmet salad dressing. Many customers are concerned with shipping costs, the best way to order is a minimum of 6 bottles, remember UPS charges the same amount whether it's 2 bottles or a case of 6 or even better a case of 12. the price is set by UPS we have no control on their pricing so... Let’s Wage a National Campaign!!! I’m glad to say, the major complaint relayed to us by our customers has had nothing to do with our wonderful products. It by far has been the high cost of shipping. Well guess what…UPS plans on raising their prices again sometime this year by 4.9% !!! Believe you me, we’ve checked every other carrier, and UPS still remains the cheapest. We’ve got to do something about this, and I figure the best solution is to wage a “National Campaign” to get Galeos dressings in your local stores. We need your help in this endeavor. I have attached a form letter called “Dear Local Retailer” under the “About Galeos” tab: "http://www.galeoscafe.com/pdf/Dearlocalretailer.pdf" It’s in pdf format, so all you have to do is print it, fill in the store’s name, and sign. Then, the next time you go shopping, take it to the manager and request in person, that they carry our products. Even if they don’t make a bulk purchase, heck, the least they can do is make a special order for you.
